ETA356, Inc. was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that the athletic experience, when guided by the right leaders, can shape character, build resilience, and create success far beyond the playing field.
The name ETA356 reflects our core philosophy — Excellence Through Athletics, 365 days a year, with the extra day representing the commitment to go above and beyond. We work with coaches, athletic directors, athletes, teams, parents, youth groups, and clubs at all levels to help them strive for excellence in everything they do.
